Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how LMV med-aesthetic technologies LTD, Ulitsa Georgi Benkovski 14, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria (VAT BG208872846) (“LMV”, “we”, “us” or “our”) processes personal data when you visit our website at lmvtechnologies.com (the “Website”) or contact us through it.

We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Bulgarian data protection law.

1. Data controller

The data controller is LMV med-aesthetic technologies LTD, Ulitsa Georgi Benkovski 14, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria (VAT BG208872846).

For any privacy-related request, please contact us at contacts@lmvtechnologies.com.

2. Personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with the Website, we may process the following categories of data:

  • Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone number (optional), and the content of your message when you submit the contact form.
  • Technical data: basic server logs that may include IP address, date/time of the request, browser type and requested URL, generated when you use the Website or submit a form.
  • Preference data: language preference stored locally in your browser (localStorage) so the Website can display content in English or Bulgarian.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data for the following purposes and legal bases under Article 6 GDPR:

  • Responding to enquiries and providing information about our technologies and training (Art. 6(1)(b) — steps prior to a contract / request of the data subject; and Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients).
  • Operating, securing and maintaining the Website (Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in ensuring availability, security and proper technical functioning).
  • Storing language preference on your device (Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in providing a usable multilingual experience; this is a technical preference, not a marketing tracker).
  • Complying with legal obligations that may apply to us (Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. How we collect data

We collect data that you actively provide (for example through the contact form) and data that is generated automatically by the technical operation of the Website (for example server logs related to a form submission).

We do not currently use third-party advertising, analytics or social media tracking pixels on the Website.

5. Recipients and processors

Personal data may be accessed by authorised personnel of LMV and by service providers acting as processors on our behalf, solely for the purposes described in this Policy. In particular:

  • Hosting and email delivery infrastructure used to operate the Website and to transmit contact-form messages to our inbox.
  • Professional advisers or authorities where disclosure is required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

As a rule, we process personal data within the European Economic Area (EEA). If a service provider processes data outside the EEA, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place (such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses), as required by GDPR.

7. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Contact-form enquiries: typically up to 24 months after the last meaningful communication, unless a longer period is needed to handle an ongoing request or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
  • Technical logs: for a limited period necessary for security and troubleshooting, unless a longer retention is required by law.
  • Language preference: until you clear your browser storage or change the preference.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability (where applicable), and to object to processing based on legitimate interests.

To exercise your rights, contact us at contacts@lmvtechnologies.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) or another competent supervisory authority in the EU.

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we continuously improve our safeguards as reasonably practicable.

10. Children

The Website is intended for professionals and adult users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can delete it.

11. Cookies and similar technologies

Information about cookies and local storage used on the Website is set out in our Cookie Policy. Where required, we will ask for your consent before using non-essential cookies.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the Policy was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
